Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from Pargo with your tracking code which you ca track on their website: https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/
Orders placed between Thursdays - Sundays are shipped off on Tuesdays.
Orders placed between Mondays - Wednesdays are shipped off on Fridays.
(The above information is subject to change in the case of public holidays, natural disasters, illness, strikes, and/or any other circumstances that might prohibit us from shipping your goods as stated above - these changes will always be communicated on our social media platforms or via email, and will be sent out as soon as possible.)
Once your parcel has been transferred to Pargo, Retro Club cannnot be held liable for any loss or damage to your parcel.
Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Local (Cape Town) deliveries within Cape Town, Cape winelands, Northern and Southern Suburbs take 1-2 working days to be delivered. For national deliveries anywhere outside of these perimeters, expect 2-5 working days for your parcel to be delivered to your door.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer R90,00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in South Africa. And we offer free shipping to orders over R1000,00.
PARCEL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our pickup point in Muizenberg: Mystic Muiz, 6 York Road, Muuizenberg, 7945.
Orders placed between Thursdays - Sundays are available for pickup on Tuesdays from 11:30am.
Orders placed between Mondays - Wednesdays are are available for pickup on Fridays from 11:30am.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our pickup point hours are 10:00am - 4pm, Tuesdays to Sundays. Once we have notified you that you order is ready for pickup you may collect your parcel. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of South Africa.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Pargo which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello.retroclu@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
