Return & Refund Policy


Unfortunately we do not officially offer returns, exchanges or refunds at this point in time. We are still a very small brand and although it seems like a simple task, due to the nature of our products (mainly referring to our thrift products)  wrapping our heads around the admin of making returns, exchanges and refunds work efficiently for both us and our customers, is something we are still figuring out and striving to incorporate soon! 

Therefore, we highly recommend carefully reading the product descriptions and making sure you purchase the right size by referring to the measurements provided or model size as specified for each item, and compare it to your own measurements or a similar style item in your wardrobe before purchasing. Please note that although we provide high quality thrift goods, our thrifted garments are not new garments - small imperfections or wear are to be expected. Bigger or noticeable flaws are clearly mentioned in the description and reflected in the price. If you are unsure about the sizing of our slow-made apparel, please follow the same steps as mentioned above or opt to attend and try on our apparel at one of our next pop-up events (announced on our socials: @retro.club.thrift or at one of the retail outlets we stock at.

However, we still want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we do make exceptions for the following situations:

  • Defective Slow-apparel: In the rare case that you receive a defective slow-made apparel product from us, please contact us at the following email: hello.retroclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and provide us with a copy/ screenshot of your order confirmation, and clear photos showing the damage. (Please note: The return of slow-apparel is only eligible if the item is unused, in its original packaging and still has its tag pinned to it.)
  • Badly damaged thrift goods: In the case that a bad damage slipped past us, a button falls off or zip breaks within the first week of receiving your goods, please contact us at the following email: hello.retroclub@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your delivery and provide us with a copy/ screenshot of your order confirmation, and clear photos showing the damage. 

We will assess your order confirmation and the damage and provide further information and instructions on how to proceed with a return, refund or exchange.
